Product Description

The Eisenhower or Ike Dollar was the first dollar coin minted after the production of the Peace Dollar halted in 1935.  This Eisenhower Proof Dollar was minted in 1971 by the San Francisco Mint, total production of Proof Eisenhower Dollars was 4,265,234 pieces. Metal composition of the coin is 60% copper and 40% silver, total silver weight of the half dollar is .14792 of an ounce.  Case, cardboard box, and sleeve are included.
